One of my most popular recipes I have ever done, both on social media and in our home, has to be my zucchini brownies! Since I posted this recipe on Instagram, people have been making them and sharing about how delicious they are!
They are so simple to make and they taste amazing, which is why I KNOW they are such a hit.
There are no grains in this recipe, the base is zucchini and seriously, you can’t even tell there are veggies in these brownies. The dark chocolate adds extra antioxidants and there is no dairy in these, either!
You seriously have to make them to see for yourself how good they are!

In my former #BingeEaterMomma days, I could bake a whole box and eat them to myself! The guilt and stomach ache that came after just wasn’t worth it.
