Rosemary is perfect for chicken, soups, and roasts. One of my favorite meals is rosemary chicken, coconut aminos, garlic, a little salt, chicken, and rosemary cooked on the grill or in the oven.

You can also use your dried rosemary as a tea. Rosemary tea can help relieve pain from heartburn and intestinal gas. A study in 2009 also found that rosemary can help relieve anxiety and stress. When you are ready, gather your rosemary from your garden and get ready to bundle. Bundling is simple, lay all of the stems in the same direction and gently tie with a piece of twine or string. Be sure to tie the string tight. As the herb dry, they lose a little bit of volume and the bundle will become smaller in circumference.
